Lozan Stefanov Role with Onboard: Project Experience: As a co-founder of Onboard and CEO of the company, Lozan has a major role in establishing the company's structure and business processes. He manages the current administrative and financial issues and plays a great role for the proper staff recruitments and management of the company. He has been involved in the organization of all projects run at Onboard since 2005.
Previous Job Roles: Before the political changes in Bulgaria in 1989, Lozan was working in the field of Power Engineering as a Project and Sales Manager. After 1990 he established his first company specialized in introduction and support of foreign investors on the Bulgarian market. Since 1995 he has been involved and successfully organized the distribution channels of several worldwide famous brands. In addition, he participated in the organization and management of an online sales site in the field of extreme sports. His 30 years of experience in different industries make him the most valuable asset of our company.

Role with Onboard: Project Experience: As co-founder of Onboard and first project manager at the company, Alex has been involved in all projects run at Onboard since 2005. The main international level projects in which Alex had a leading role are Alcatel-Lucent (Lead Generation), Setup of Intel ‘s Call Center in Russia (Channel Development), Intel Channel Compliance (Reseller Audits), Telecom Slovenia (ADSL partner program design & implementation), Ipanema (Lead Generation), 3COM (Data cleansing), Microsoft Channel Compliance (Reseller Audits), Salesforce.com (pan EEMEA sales events organization, telesales, client consultancy, project implementation), Paul Hartmann (WW telesales process design and implementation).
Previous Job Roles: Alex has been working in the BPO industry since 1999 whereby he mainly focuses on EMEA level customer acquisition programs for companies in the technology sector. Prior to founding Onboard, Alex was in charge of an EMEA wide lead generation and closed loop lead management program for a major networking vendor .

Role with Onboard: Project Experience: Now, Iani is our Senior Project Manager and is responsible for a number of activities to make sure the projects run smoothly. He trains the staff, organises the business processes and campaigns, communicates on a daily basis with our clients, participates in carrying out the companies strategies. At Onboard Iani was a key figure for the successful implementation of a number of projects for worldknown corporations like Intel, Sony, Toshiba, Alcatel, and many more. In 2004 was responsible for creating the new Intel Contact Center in Moscow.
Previous Job Roles: Iani has been working in the field of sales, trade and marketing for more than 24 years now. He had been working for 18 years as a Managing and Sales Director in various companies mainly dealing with production, import and export when he joined the Onboard team in 2004. Married, with a son and two daughters. Languages: English, Russian, Czech and Greek Interests: Keen on swimming, any other sports, walking his dog, is a great fan of Levski football team. Emil Vladimirov Role with Onboard: Emil joined Onboard in 2003 as one of the French-speaking Agents on a 3Com data cleansing project. After he finished his university education in France, he came back to our company to bring knowledge, professionalism and experience to the French-speaking team of a telesales project and worked in parallel as Project Manager for another sales and marketing project Emil is currently responsible for the management of an EMEA scale Channel Marketing project for a major consumer electronics vendor. Responsibilities include team management, project organisation, coordination of team member activities, communication with client and our business partner, and many more.
Previous Job Roles: Prior to joining Onboard, Emil built experience in the field of projects and accounts management both here in Bulgaria and in France. His university education in France gave him the opportunity to work as Team Leader in an established French advertising agency where he handled projects for Nivea, Airwaves, Orange Telecom, SFR, etc. Emil brought this experience to Bulgaria where he worked as a Key Account Manager first at a major printing house, then with an advertising company. Among his various responsibilities were accounts management, taking care of existing clients and always on the lookout for new.
Emil was a key figure in the organisation of a leading Bulgarian rally team, where he learned to make split-second life-saving decisions and organise his daily activities to the smallest detail.
