ONBOARD was founded in 1995 in Sofia, Bulgaria as a sales channel recruitment company and followed this trend till 2005 when it opened another page in its history – CRM, Channel Development, Telesales and Telemarketing services. The new line of business was started with two men only (see Meet The Team) at a one-room office and just one PC and a phone. Three years later, we have 50 experienced and dedicated employees, excellent reputation, valued customers and established partners. We occupy two fully equipped state-of-the-art floors in a nice office building based in the city centre and also have another office in Brussels. Going back: At first the company started by focusing on channel development in East Europe only. A couple of years later, when Bulgaria started its preparation for accession into the EU, we decided to use Bulgaria’s competitive advantage of having many university educated multi-language people. Our company was flexible enough to anticipate the new trends and include in its portfolio West European and international channel development, telemarketing and telesales. As of 2005, we continuously extend our coverage and services to the countries of the European Union. Since 2006, ONBOARD started operating in the sphere of CRM services and e-commerce and became a certified Salesforce.com consulting partner. Today, we act as a Business Process Outsourcer with Pan European Language Coverage and our main focus is on programs related to New Customer Acquisition, Customer Growth, Customer Retention and Channel Development. We are also involved in a variety of Telesales and Telemarketing projects, sales forecasting, business processes analysis and implementation.
