Established in 1995 and based in Sofia, Bulgaria ONBOARD specializes in Customer Acquisition for the Technology Sector with strong focus on the B2B solutions. Our main focus is on Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Channel Recruitment, Channel Marketing and Development, Closed Loop Lead Management and Database Cleansing and Analysis. We currently employ about 50 people; our offices are based in Sofia, Bulgaria and Brussels, Belgium.

In 1997, the company expanded its area of operation to all EMEA countries keeping the focus on the West European Markets for which we provide high-quality sales, marketing, telemarketing and CRM services. Most of our multilingual teams are based in Sofia, Bulgaria which is emerging as the best near-shore operation location for the West European markets. We also work with partner companies based in Belgium, UK, France and Germany to provide local execution when needed.

In the past few years, ONBOARD expanded its areas of business significantly and recently became a public limited company with the following main activities:

Our international and highly educated team is distinguished by a high degree of professionalism and extensive multi language skills. Most of our agents have a university degree and speak fluently at least two foreign languages.
